Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST and PST, which are added at checkout. Prices and product specifications can change without notice. Specifications shown are supplied by the manufacturer.
Returns
Unused product may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase. Batteries that have been installed or put into service are handled under warranty, not returns.
Warranty
Warranty length varies by battery category and is shown on each product page. Claims are assessed by testing for manufacturer defects. See the warranty page for the full process.
Core charges
Where a product carries a refundable core charge, it is added at checkout and refunded when a matching used battery is returned within 30 days. See core returns.
Delivery & pickup
$20.00 flat-rate delivery inside the Winnipeg perimeter; free pickup at either store. Surrounding areas and rural delivery are quoted separately. Some items are pickup-only where shipping regulations require it, as noted on the product page. See delivery & pickup.
